We are so proud of our athletes and are happy to afford them these opportunities to learn how to be a part of a team. Amherst Christian Academy offers sports programs during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Students must be in 6th grade or older to participate. All of our teams are open to families with children that are homeschooled. If you are a student at Amherst Christian Academy and would like to register to participate in a sport, attend the first team practice and complete the necessary physical form. If you are a student that is homeschooled and would like to participate in a sport, please contact us at (716) 689-9944, then download and submit the sports release form and physical form. Lastly, pay the sports fee for each athlete. We accept cash or check. Checks should be made payable to Amherst Christian Academy.

All students participating in ACA sports programs are required to show proof that they have had physicals within the past twelve months and up to date immunizations.
Below are medical forms only for athletes. Checks should be made payable to ACA. Please mail or bring all checks and forms to the school office at ACA. Our policy requires that a student may not participate in a meet until payment and forms are complete. Please review and complete forms before the first game.
It is important that we have this information in our records to ensure the safety of the students and uphold a standard of excellence in the service we provide. Thank you for your help with this and we look forward to a wonderful year together.
